It must have been a strike!
The weeks seem to be flying by lately and we can hardly believe we have about 15 weeks until we greet our newest family member into our lives. I've (Holly) have been feeling a little overwhelmed lately although I really do not have a very busy schedule. I think the reality of being responsible for another life has finally hit me. Don't get me wrong, I am very excited, just a little apprehensive. I've been told this is a pretty common feeling.
This weekend we had my family come and visit. It was Sarah's 8th birthday on Valentine's Day so we celebrated here in Ames. We went out to eat, painted pottery, bowled, took in a movie, and, of course, played the Wii. I wish we would have gotten pictures of the pottery painting, but I didn't have my camera at that point. Also, a word of advice, don't go see the movie Coraline! As Brent put it, "I will never get that hour and a half of my life back!"

still as cute as every, holly :) i know what you mean about the aprehension. you will be such a great mommy though. i still remember you rocking with faith for hours when you came to visit and she was a little cholicky :) you're a natural. did you get my voice message? call when you can. love you!
I would be scared with Brent as the father, too!
I think I was surprised how much of the other cookie you guys ate already lol.. Keep taking pictures holly, it helps me read the blogs..
